At Duo-Technik, we pride ourselves on our long-standing collaboration with the Oji-Group, a relationship that has flourished for approximately twelve years. This partnership has been crucial in expanding our presence in Asian countries, including Vietnam, Malaysia, and Cambodia. Since our first installation in 2012, we have worked diligently to ensure that each project not only meets but exceeds our clients' expectations.

Commitment to Quality and Innovation
Our first major installation with the Oji Group included a hot air and steam dryer, as well as a UV dryer in a BOBST 924NT RS printing machine. Since then, all additional machines have used pure hot air and steam dryers, always maintaining the same principle and quality in the same type of BOBST machine. This consistent approach has allowed us to develop a deep understanding of the Oji-Group's needs and expectations, adjusting our solutions to provide optimal results in each installation.

Presence and Experience in the Field
Over the years, our Head of Electrical Department Johannes Becker have been  personally accompany each of these projects, accumulating more than ten visits to the various Oji Group facilities. Each visit has been an opportunity to refine our solutions, carry out necessary repairs, and make customized modifications for our clients. Our commitment does not end with the initial installation; we continue to provide support and maintenance to ensure that our machines operate optimally in the long term.

Customer Satisfaction: A Reflection of Our Commitment
Customer satisfaction is a key indicator of our success. We are proud that the Oji Group is very satisfied with our installations and services. This satisfaction is reflected in their continued preference for our solutions. A notable example is the following cardboard produced in the current installation, a final product that the customer can only manufacture with our drying system. Without our dryer, even at the slowest machine speed, the produced sheets would have unwanted marks and would be unsellable.

The Importance of Drying in Quality Production
Our drying system plays a crucial role in every stage of production. After each color application, our dryer fixes the ink on the sheet, allowing the next color layer to be applied. At the end, the entire sheet is coated with a glossy varnish, and all these colors must be dry before the final cut. This process ensures that the final product meets the high-quality standards our clients expect.

Looking to the Future
Currently, we have six DUO-Technik systems installed in five Oji Group locations. In southern Cambodia, one of our machines will be relocated to Phnom Penh to improve performance. This project is scheduled for next year, and we look forward to continuing to provide high-quality solutions tailored to our clients' specific needs.
