Duo-Technik celebrates 20 years anniversary with an Open House
Since the operative launch of Duo-Technik GmbH in 1990, the company has changed from a German sales organisation for gravure printing presses into a manufacturer for auxiliary attachments for direct corrugated board printing.
This is for us reason enough to celebrate this with our customer, suppliers and friend, surely connected with a small exhibition.

The corrugated direct printing is moving and Duo-Technik surely also. This is the reason why you will find always some new information regarding our products, exhibition or events where you can meet us. We try to establish a dialogue with you to bear your challenges as our job:
Small product, great result
Duo-Technik is selling since 2009 a magnetic particle filter which reduces metallic parts out of the ink. With this the life time of the anilox roll is increased and the quality of the is getting better. The attached picture show the work of the filter within 4 weeks.
Air Drying System defeats IR Drying in energy efficiency
The energy prices are increasing as well as the customer requirements for the printing industry. How can you satisfy your customer needs with an energy efficient drying system?
The answer: The good, old air dryer offers not only higher printing speeds but also a higher energy efficency compared to the IR dryer.

Trials confirm that viscosity and pH are stable with fixed temperature
As Duo-Technik started in 2005 to desin an Ink Cooling System it was only an estimation. Now it could be confirmed with measurements during running production that the viscosity and the pH of the ink is stable, if the ink temperature can be hold at 20 to 22 °C.
